HAI builds automation, AI and custom software for operations teams. Every project has the same shape: find where the hours go, prove a fix on your own data, then build it to last.
The person on your audit call is the person who builds the system, and the one who answers when it needs to change.
We use AI when it creates an advantage, software when it creates control, and automation when it creates speed. If none of them improves the outcome, we say so.
