Know what to automate before you pay for it

1 call with us. A written summary you keep.

TodayA hunch about the hoursEveryone knows time is lost, but nobody has listed where.
After the auditA ranked listWhat to automate first, what to leave alone, and why.
At a glance

It costs you 30 min and nothing else

  1. 01

We look at the 2 or 3 processes that take your team the most hours, from first input to finished output.

  2. 02

A written summary within 5 business days, with every opportunity ranked.

  3. 03

For teams of 20 to 250 people who retype, chase or rebuild the same things every week.

  4. 04

From you: 1 call of 30 min, by video or phone.

  5. 04

Then you decide: with us, without us, or not at all.

  6. 05

Free. No pitch on the call, no follow-up sequence after it.

01 · What we look at

We look at how the work really runs

On the call, we walk through your 2 or 3 heaviest processes, from first input to finished output.

Your heaviest processesStart to finish
How your tools connectBetween tools
Handoffs and waitingBetween people
Reports rebuilt by handBetween tools and people
Fig. 1.1We look between people and tools, not only inside them. That's where the retyping and chasing happen.

We also tell you where AI helps, for sorting, summarizing and drafting, and where plain rules or people do better.

02 · How we rank what's worth doing

Only what moves a number gets built

Every idea runs through the same test: does it save time, cut cost, add revenue or remove risk? If not, your summary says so, and why.

What we could automate
Filter
What you get
Orders read from email into your tools
✓
Time saved
A dashboard nobody opens
✕
not worth it
Quotes sent the same day
✓
Revenue increased
Client calls that need judgment
✕

Supplier bills checked against orders
✓
Cost reduced
A task that runs twice a year
✕
not worth it
Expiring certificates flagged early
✓
Risk removed
Fig. 2.13 of these 7 ideas stop at the filter. Your summary lists both kinds, with the reason for each.
03 · Who it's for

It works when the work repeats

Teams of 20 to 250 people, where someone retypes, chases or rebuilds the same things every week.

Does someone on your team do the same task by hand every week or every month?
YesAudit itRequest one below.
NoNot yetCome back when it repeats.
Fig. 3.1This question sorts it. If the answer is no, an audit would waste your time.

Some teams answer yes and still aren't ready.

Not a fit
  • A one-off project
  • AI for its own sake
  • A process nobody owns
  • Results by next week

We'd rather say so on the call than sell you something that won't pay back.

04 · What happens next

Nothing happens unless you decide

4 steps. After the call, we do the work, and you decide.

05 · What the audit is not

The audit is not a sales call in disguise

You get answers, not a pitch. Here is what you won't get.

What the audit is not
  • A sales pitch
  • A follow-up sequence
  • A tool demo
  • A 40-page report

What you get instead: 1 call and a summary you can act on, with or without us.

06 · After the audit

The next step is a free prototype, not a proposal

If the audit finds work worth doing, we build 1 process on your own data first. You judge it running, not on paper.

A proposal on paper"Trust us."

Slides and estimates. You find out whether it works after you've paid for it.

A working prototype"Look."
Clarity
You see your own process run, with your own data.
Proof
It runs before you sign anything for the build.
Lower risk
The prototype is free. You pay only for a build you've already seen work.
Fig. 6.1Only one of these lets you check the claim before you pay for the build.
07 · Your data

You know what we keep and when we delete it

You show us how the work runs. We take notes.

What we keep, and for how longYour request, our call notes and your summary are kept for 3 years from your last contact with us, then deleted. The privacy notice lists the services that handle them and how to use your rights.
08 · Questions

The audit is free, and there's no catch

8 short answers about cost, time, the prototype and what comes after.

Is the audit really free?Yes. The audit tells us both whether there's work worth doing. If there isn't, we say so.
How long does it take?1 call of 30 min. The written summary follows within 5 business days.
Do we need to prepare? No. Bring the process that takes the most hours. We ask about the rest on the call.
Is the prototype really free?Yes. If the audit finds work worth doing, you see 1 process run on your own data before you sign anything.
Who will we talk to?The person who would build it. There's no account manager in between.
What does a build cost?It depends on the process. If you want one, you get a fixed price before the build starts.
What if nothing is worth automating? We say so, and you keep the summary.
What happens after the summary? You decide: use it with us, without us, or not at all. We don't chase.
